Goal of 5-6 sets of 2x200 + 1x400 in 36,36,73 w/ full recovery

Recovery meant jogging the same distance as the previous repeat.

Felt pretty good. For the last week or so I've had some right hamstring pain so I was worried about this one, but it held up okay. Last R workout in the training plan
