Elevation: +300.6 ft / -301.6 ft. Focused on form and cadence today with the help of Kinetic Running's MP3's, alternating between 176, 180, and 184 strides per minute. Felt great, but I can tell my VO2 Max has declined a bit after so much time off. My legs, however, felt really strong (stronger than before PD50, for sure). Back at it!
