Elevation: +625.1 ft / -630.4 ft. Well this was awful. Cut my run very short. Just had no energy. Went straight to the Farmers' Market and HEB to get fresh eggs and all manner of ethically harvested meats (beef, chicken, salmon). I've been a vegetarian for the past year and have been kicking around the idea of adding meat to my whole foods diet. After the feast I made this evening (blackened wild Alaskan salmon on a bed of kale with walnuts and a side of oranges), I don't suspect I'll be looking back. :) I hopeful that my energy levels are about to sky rocket and that my body will begin to recover a bit more rapidly. I'll run as I am able over the next few days, but priority number one is to get my body fueled up again.
