Practically No sloshing, food for the day was
Pretty light breakfast- 2 pc toast(wonder) + Peanut butter and a normal sized bowl of lucky charms
Small ham sub w/ mustard and honey mustard @ 12:10 or so
some raisen bran, couple handfulls, at like 1:15
Apple at about 2 or so
mini bagel @ about 4 w/ few handfuls special K
RAN at about 5
