1600 X 1200 X 1000 X 800 X 400 = 3 MILES OF SPEED at the Outdoor Track with the running club. DON'T KNOW WHY I RAN THE 1600 SO SLOW BUT THE REST OF THE INTERVALS WERE OKAY. I ran to the track..did a 1 mile warmup, ran the intervals and recoverys then 1 mile cooldown at the track then ran home from the track. Probably 6 miles of total running with 3 miles speed.
