8 X 800 with 90 seconds recovery. (4 miles of speed in total) 1 mile warm up, 1 mile cooldown and I ran to the track and ran home. approx 7 miles in total running. 6am , dark and windy on the track. We all wore headlamps. I wore a long sleave coolmax shirt, shorts and gloves. 6am track session outside track with Running Club.
