Notes
I ran 2.5 by myself in the dark at 5:25am then met up at Jessica's house with Julie, Jessica, Dan and Nate at 5:50 am to run 9 miles w/them then I added on after to run 1 hour 52 minutes at 9:12 average pace. shorts, long sleave w/short sleave over it and reflective vest and headlamp. nice and easy run. Felt like I could keep going at the end. great nice/easy run.
