kind of fast run w/out trying to be fast. I picked up the pace the entire run since I couldn't run till 9:05 am and I was anxious about having enough time to be back for a conference call for work at 10am. I ran the monson half-marathon in 8:02 pace. I think I can keep up this pace or faster for my half-marathon in Feb.
