6 x 800 meters on indoor track 6am with hopkinton running club. 3:15, 3:09, 3:14, 3:11, 3:15, 3:12. all with 133 meters recovery. much faster times than my december 7th track workout that was also 6 x 800. haven't done a 3:09 for 800 on the track for a long time(Maybe never?). Today's track session went surprisingly well.
