PR today by 5 seconds in the Southboro Gobble Wobble 5K ! 6:33 per mile, 20:20..4th overall woman, 1st in my age group. Keiron paced me and we wore matching shirts from our Halloween 5K. Couldn't have run that fast w/out Keiron's help.
