Love the day after a race run. I ran 6.2 miles today at 8:40 pace which is over 2 minutes slower per mile than my 5K race pace yesterday where I could barely breathe and hang on. Great run except I overdressed yet again. Long sleave tech shirt, waterproof vest, tights, two pairs of gloves.
