Outdoor Track workout, 6am in the rain with running club. 1 Mile, then 2 x 800 then 4 x 400. 3 miles of speed in total. 90 seconds of recovery between the mile and 800's. 60 seconds recovery between the 400's. I ran to the track and back and warmed up 1 mile on the track and 1 mile afterwards. 3 miles of speed and about 3 miles of other running in total.
