Notes
Nice run. Went a little faster than I usually do towards the end. Same loop as friday but a minute faster. Went nice and easy though and picked it up the last mile somewhat. It was nice to just have an easy run since I did a track workout yesterday, nothing monday, half-marathon sunday so this was my first run since saturday that I could just go at my pace. Humid/58 degrees. Wore shorts and short sleave technical shirt.
