6.2 mile run that went faster than I thought it would. Felt great the entire run. I love runs the day after races. didn't care about pace just ran as I felt. first mile 8:31. 2nd mile 8:46. 3rd mile 8:12, 4th mile 8:35, 5th mile 8:26, 6th mile 8:08 (and the last .2 was at 8:02 pace)
