Valentines Day Race in Bradford, MA. don't know why running ahead is logging my 25:22 as 6:49 per mile when the race results say 6:52 per mile. Keiron ran the 5 mile and I ran the 6K and we won for fastest husband wife team. It made me try to push extra knowing we were a relay team. No mile markers on the course and in the end I unfortunately had a slow downhill finish because I kept going in and out of the cones since I didn't know if I should avoid the traffic or the ice and a woman I had passed ended up passing me and I know I could have done a better last mile. Happy w/the race except the last mile. I came in first in my age group and 13th overall person in the 6K. It was my 3rd time racing this 6K and my fastest time. I still think I could have done better that last mile if I didn't hold back w/the cones/ice but still a good race and very fun.
