4.73 Miles of racing Leg 2 of the 6 person team in the 26.2 Mile Hopkinton Relay. Mile 1=6:40, Mile 2=7:16, Mile 3=6:59, Mile 4=6:56 and the last .73 I slowed down to 8:01 pace (this portion was on trails and at one point I had to stop and walk across a plank of wood to get over a large puddle). I shouldn't have slowed down so much in mile 2 since it was going down Ash Street but for the most part I feel I gave it a good effort. Overcast day, decent running weather. 61 degrees or so.
