5 mile run w/HRC, we did an out & back from downtown to deer run road and back, then I added on Robbern/Eastview/Holt. a lotof us in the club are running the relay race tomorrow so didn't want to run too long. Mile 1=8:11, Mile 2=7:35, Mile 3=8:33, Mile 4=8:56, Mile 5=7:59, humid & rainy. good run.
