Fucked up the Garmin by hitting OFF sted LAP at mile 1. Also, autolap apparently did not turn off, so, kinda hard to match up, but there is no denying this: Mile 24 was 8 mins. Mile "almost" 25 (.96) was at an 8 pace and I walked the balance. That is wrong.

Fading slightly after the half, but still an acceptable 7 min (3:03:30) pace by 21. Was I too cocky in shooting for sub 3? A 2:59 "cushion" too ambitious? I dunno. Work so effed things up lately, especially running. Needed much more rest, too. Wonder what I should shoot for in the monkey? I should play it easy, that's for sure. But can I?
