Notes

treadmill. actually good. cut from "envisioned" further distance of say 8-10 so I could attend to preparations. but it was quite nice. must be attributable, at least in part, to a somewhat decent night's sleep. and will be up and running early tomorrow. check hr at one point well into it and it was 144. so good.
