better than i thought. this was a confidence booster.
ran about 12 w. richard, who was fading. I had slowed a few times for him. he hasn't been running much. kept me reigned in nicely though, so that was good.
easily could have gone faster, but that wouldn't have been smart. never felt i was REALLY pushing it. just took it nice, going with the course.
3:50:00 for 31.45 @ 7:19 pace, excluding bathroom stop, via garmin. cuz that's how i am. though, lou did say 31.4 sounded about right.
sabine ran nice. tom had some issues and wasn't doing well at the end, but he picked up. and he completed his first 50K. NICE.
