About 5.25 at 8:06 pace, then moved into 10 (or 11 - must get some way of remembering - pennies from hand to hand?) of 30 secs heading up to "top speed" which I suppose is 5 mm, but takes about 10-15 seconds to hit top speed. Rest of 10 mm for about 90 seconds.
That eats up about 2.5 miles, so plan accordingly for warm up/cool down.
Quite pleased w/ the absolutely atrocious night's sleep and the utter dizziness/nausea I experienced all afternoon. I thought I was going to pass out at one point. Or puke. Or both.
