Group run. Jail trail, etc.
Ran mostly w/ Sabina, a 48-year-old grandmother! who is running Boston. She placed 3rd in last weeks race (after a several week asthma layoff!)
lap 1 (several miles of which was with the group, plus I ran back to make sure Kevin knew where to go) 7:58 pace @ five miles.
lap 2 (all w/ Sabina) 7:34 pace, 5 miles.
