treadmill. 5/5. faster on second five (1 or 2 @ 7 min miles.) Pause resets after a bit (a bit defined as taking a shit and putting clothes in dryer.)
I do not dread the mill. I find I can pay attention to form and experiment with strides. But one cannot hold and drink a beer at @7:30 pace. Not a carbonated one anyway. Just foamed all over the floor.
I was tired as hell today, but this felt good.
