Notes
Had to stretch out after both 6 mins (scheduled) and then about 17 minutes (unscheduled - my calves really hurt). Also a minor strecth after about 45. After that I felt FANTASTIC - just really easy running, letting my mind wander to other things, not even noticing I was running.
In retrospect, I was going really slowly, but it still felt good - a realy enjoyable run (the second half of it anyway).
