Such a great run! I'm super happy about it - I felt so energized for some reason. I must be eating properly or something (I also got 8 hours of sleep last night, so that was nice). I almost didn't want to stop running! It's nice to be feeling like my old self again. Sure, I would have liked to have run more of a 9:15-9:20 pace, but this works as I'm getting back into LSD (haha).
Also cooled down afterwards :)
