Morning run since I have lab until 5pm on Tuesdays.
I ran through the Commons and then did 2 field loops (and some) to make it a nice 7 miles (though it may be a tad longer). I felt pretty decent, slightly tired at the beginning, but when I got mentally revved up halfway through, my turnover increased a tad. It was probably due to conscious effort. After 6 miles, I thought, why not run 7? So, I did. I'm glad because I felt good :)
