Hill workout: 2 sets of 1 long + 3 shorts, followed by 4 downhill strides

Much better this week! I still felt a tad tired and mentally unprepared after the last mailbox, when you really start to feel the steepness of the hill, but I felt stronger today. I wish I could not be afraid to really attack the hill, but pain is always in the back of my mind. I shouldn't be afraid of pain though! Too bad I feel like I'm hitting a wall...

Nonetheless, I have hopes of improving!
