Horrible, horrible time trial. I don't know what happened to my speed, but it is GONE. I started out maybe too fast, but that is no excuse for my legs to just give out like that! My hamstrings felt like lead! I was breathing hard, though that's a given, and I just could not bring myself to go any faster. It was definitely not 100% Most of the other JV girls agreed (though they did better than I did).
We also did some form runs and stretching prior to the time trial though.
