Our second interval, this time a mile repeat (for a total of 3 miles). My hamstrings were definitely feeling it for this one, but I ran through it. I was making agreements with myself to keep up with the gang up until this or that point, but I ended up finishing with them, which I'm happy about. I just have to remember it's all mental! Michelle got 7:20, but my watch read different. Whatevs. It's still better than 80% of my mile time (although that time trial may have been a fluke).
