Notes
I'm speechless. This was such a rad run! I had no idea I had it in me. The first half was usual, although faster than the day before, which was good. I was also feeling it, but that's to be expected since I was actually making myself work hard. Somehow, the last half of the run ended up a blur. I was so wrapped up in my thoughts that the run finished itself! I barely felt anything and almost panicked, thinking I skipped a part of the run or something.
I'm glad I felt so much stronger today! It was quite the pick me up.
