Oh wow, my muscles are STILL sore from all the workouts this week. My quads were killing me the whole run - I could barely run because every time my foot hit the ground, my quads felt like they were going to rip or something. My glutes are still hurtin' too. Needless to say, my run was not quality. I was tired. I was a speck despondent. I was in need of a good, easy recovery run. Well, I got it.
I'm not upset though. I'm glad I listened to my body. Not that I could have run any faster anyway.
