Warm up prior to mile repeats.

We jogged to Baxter St and then ran the 2-mile course to get our bearings. It felt pretty good. I was somewhat tired and worried that I wouldn't be able to run any faster than I was going for the actual workout, but it ended up okay.

We then stretched and did some form running.
