w/u Wich's and Phil. Everyone had a different workout, kinda did the leapfrog thing again, which is always cool. Decided on a 4 mile run at wannabe marathon pace, based on heart rate. Picked the old number of 160 and went with that. Decent workout, can't imagine keeping it going for 26 miles.
