Wich's and Phil for the w/u. Then 7 x 2 minutes on/off. Same as last week. Wore the HR strap for grins. Ended up maintaining old MP 162 ish.Splits slowed until the last one. 6:33,6:37,6:42,6:50,6:51,7:01,6:47. Felt easy and controlled. Should be able to maintain that for a 3 mile tempo run. Baby steps.
