meet the guys again, Phil went on his own around 2 miles in, the Wich's did 7 x 2 minutes on. I only timed 6 of them. Stayed with Steve and went easy, call it wannabe marathon pace. didn't want to overstride and torque the glute. it stayed loose, just a little tightening in the hamstring. 6:44,6:45,6:41,6:48,6:43,6:50. Relaxed way to much on the last only because Steve bolted from the start after Gary and I didn't want to get sucked into going that fast.
