Warmup with the Wich bro's and Phil. Everyone had a different workout. Upper 60's weren't cool enough or it must have been the hills. This week was a little tougher than last week. Positive split, tad quicker than I thought I'd managed. 6 miles of steady state, or wannabe marathon pace. Guess next week when I add a mile will determine which.
