Start w/ Phil and Robert, they did their own workout. I did Gary's workout. 4 x 1.5 miles w/ 800 meter recovery. I tried staying off his shoulder for the most part. Averaged 7:11 for the work. So, it still looks like 7:20 is marathon pace. Tough holding back, feeling good. Hammy/glute is improving very little discomfort later in the morning.
