still warm and humid. Steve and Phil. I heard 3 x 2 miles, so I was thinking 7:15 pace. Ended up just doing 2 miles close to wannabe MP. Then paced/followed Steve on his 2nd set of 3 miles. That was way more comfy, probably the pace I should have run if I'd have done the workout correctly. No biggie, time to dig out my McMillan notes and get aboard with my own training program.
