Wich bro's, plus Patrick. I couldn't keep up for the 2 mile w/u before Patrick turned around and headed back. Workout was 5 x 3 minutes w/ 1:30 recovery. Then the guys did 2 more reps shorter time, I skipped that stuff. Better than last week, it's coming back slowly. Glute is much better, but of course now my big toe is sore again on the right foot.
