w/u Gary and Phil. Gary did his workout on the road. I chased Phil on the track. 3 x 1 mile w/ 200m recovery. Stayed with Phil on the first 2. 6:36, 6:19. 3rd one was a crash and burn. Lost contact in the first 100 m and slogged it home. Then chased on 5 x 200m w/ 200m recovery. No turnover. Frickin' left glute is still tight. Not as much as earlier in the week.
