The Wich bro's and me in the rain. Their tempo/marathon pace run. Chest still hurts, worse the quicker the pace. Plus the toe is still sore. Did 3 miles a few steps ahead of Steve and then chased down Gary. That pace was to hot, backed down to around 7:10 which was doable. Should probably have gone a mile farther, maybe next week.
