Wich bro's and Phil. Still cool, mid 50's, no wind. Everyone did a track workout. 5 x 1,000 meter w/ 200 meter recovery for me. (Phil's workout) Pretty lame pace for the 1,000's. Least they were somewhat consistent. 4:10, 4:13, 4:12, 4:10, 4:14.
