cold, low 40 to upper 30's and strong wind. Phil and Steve. Did most of Steve's workout, 3 x 1 mile at 6:50 w/ 2 minute rest and 3 x 300 meters w/ 4:00 minute rest. First mile seemed tough, but then the fast part actually felt more comfortable. Hit stop on my watch instead of lap, so missed at least a quarter mile on the final mile repeat. It actually felt the easiest and I was going to fast. Still not enough turnover to stay w/ Steve for the fast 300 meter stuff. Onward.
