Start w/ Gary only a mile and half w/u before Steve caught us. Plan was 8 miles at 7:25. To slow, chased for a mile or so and did my own thing. Called it at 7 miles of work, last mile was just enough work to not get greedy with the workout.
7:23,7:18,7:02,7:09,7:09,7:07,7:17,7:10 Damn guess I miscounted 8 miles of work. Damn. Feelin' good. Glute/hammy not as much discomfort today as in previous days. Better drugs??
