w/ Wich bro's. plan was 2 x 2 miles. I wanted MP effort, so around 160. Ended up chasing the bro's per usual. Low 70's and humid. To think Moon Pie will be this plus some sun, shit. Changed the workout to 3 miles. Call it tempo. Almost back to where I was 6 weeks ago. Glute about like it was yesterday, no better, but bigger no worse. Still baby steps.
