Crisp upper 40's and wind. Phil had work after 3 miles. I chased Steve the whole way with him wanting to average 8:00. Lots of hils, picked up a dog around 4 miles in and he ran 11 miles back with us. Succeed before and at mile 8. Probably one of the tougher routes, seems hillier anyway.
