Warmup w/ Phil, then 40 minutes of T pace, adjusted. Should have been 7:20. Watched pace this time instead of HR. Slowing to get 7:20, was closer to 7:25 so picked it up a touch. Pace was comfortable hard, almost back to old MP. Cooler 64 degrees had a lot to do with that. Almost 5 seconds quicker per mile and a mile and a half more work than last week.
