big group. plan was 10 x 30 second strides w/ 1:30 recovery. Phil, Lee and Buckley separated from the start. Steve, Gary and I stayed together thru 5 and they were done. I finished 4 more before I needed a full recovery and called it quits w/ 9. Most were around 6:10 pace. Progress is being made.
