w/u Gary and Phil. Steve and I did his workout. 4 x 1.5 miles w/ half mile recovery. Pace should be 7:20.
7:04,7:04,7:13,7:10,7:15,7:18,7:10,7:13. Third set was the most comfortable. Steve running strong, struggle to keep up the last half mile home. Glute/hammy no problem during the workout. Very uncomfortable for the drive into work.
