w/ Wich bro's. Gary had his own workout. I followed Steve on his 4 x 1,000 meters w/ 1:30 recovery. Target was half mary pace less 30 seconds, say 7:15 ish. Felt really easy and comfortable. HR indicates I'm in better shape than I thought, just no endurance. Blood moon was pretty cool.
